Dr. Margulies was my Obstetrician for the second half of my pregnancy. He spoke excellent English and was an expert of ultrasounds and a very experienced doctor. He was always friendly during office visits. My only complaints are that waiting to see him often took an hour and a half and the seats were terribly uncomfortable for a pregnant woman, and he was horrible with responding to emails.
